This policy explains what personal data Koryvant collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Koryvant is built and operated by Ekarche Private Limited (CIN U58200UW2026PTC253262), Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
We collect the account details you provide (such as your email address), the prompts and edits you make to your projects, the prototypes generated from them, and basic technical data needed to operate the service securely (such as request metadata and error diagnostics).
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We process your data to provide the service, to authenticate you, to generate and store your prototypes, to process payments, and to keep the service secure. Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and your consent where it applies. Where India’s DPDP Act applies, we process personal data for these specified purposes; where the GDPR applies, the bases above apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors that help us run the service:
- Dodo Payments — to process the one-time payment that unlocks a project. We do not store your card details.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3) — to store the artifacts generated for your projects.
These processors handle your data on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@koryvant.com.
Security
We protect your data with encryption of secrets, token-based authentication, and isolation of untrusted generated content. Read more on our security page.
