These terms govern your use of Koryvant. By using the service, you agree to them.

Who provides Koryvant

Koryvant is built and operated by Ekarche Private Limited (CIN U58200UW2026PTC253262), Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The service

Koryvant turns a chat prompt into a clickable prototype. Generating and previewing prototypes is free. Koryvant is a design blueprint tool — it does not host or run a full-stack application, database, or backend on your behalf.

Payment and the project unlock

Unlocking a project is a one-time payment per project, processed by Dodo Payments. The unlock enables editing, deploying, and downloading for that project. There is no subscription and there are no credits. Iteration remains free after unlock.

Your content

The prompts you write and the prototypes generated from them are yours. You are responsible for what you generate and for making sure you have the rights to any content you provide.

Acceptable use

You may not use Koryvant to generate or deploy malware, phishing pages, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive. Deployed prototypes are scanned for abuse and malware, and we may suspend or remove content that violates these terms.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekarche Private Limited and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
